Step 1: If the Settings icon isn’t visible, use the down arrow button to scroll down in the left navigation toolbar.

Step 2: To access Advanced Settings’ choices, click on the plus sign.

Step 3: After that, choose Mailbox Migration.

Step 4: Next, choose the account type from which to import data.

Step 5: Select an Account Type and then click the Next button.

Step 6: Next, check the necessary checkboxes to pick the objects to import.

Step 7: Click the Next button to continue.

Step 8: Log in with the account credentials for the email service you’ll be using to import data.

Step 9: Next, click the Test Connection option to test the connection.

Step 10: Finally, press the Start button to begin the procedure. This page will refresh every 5 seconds while the import is in progress. After you’ve finished, click the Close button.

The email count indicators show that our email now reflects the imported records. By opening your mailbox, you can see our imported emails.
