Wesbytes agrees to provide you with hosting services according to the plan and pricing selected by you on the wesbytes.com website.
Wesbytes shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of its services. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your data.
Wesbytes reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, without notice, if you violate the terms of service.
Wesbytes does not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability of its services, and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the interruption or unavailability of its services.
Wesbytes may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, without notice, and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such actions.
Wesbytes reserves the right to modify or amend its terms of service at any time. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the wesbytes.com website.
Wesbytes’ liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services in the month preceding any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Wesbytes harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your use of the services or your violation of the terms of service.
Wesbytes’ services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
If any provision of these terms of service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
All references to “Wesbytes” in these terms of service shall include its employees, agents, affiliates, and any third-party service providers.
Wesbytes reserves the right to charge additional fees for any services not included in the plan selected by you, including but not limited to, IP address changes.
Any promotional services provided by Wesbytes are not eligible for refunds.
Any requests for a refund of services must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase, less any setup fees or domain registration fees. Refunds will not be issued for any services that have already been rendered.
Wesbytes reserves the right to change the prices and conditions of its services at any time, without notice.
Money Back Guarantee
Our VPS hosting services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of our services.
You may cancel your VPS hosting plan within seven (7) days of sign-up and receive a full refund of any fees paid, less any setup fees or domain registration fees. However, any promotional VPS hosting services are not eligible for a refund.
You agree to use our VPS hosting services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with the services we provide to other customers.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our VPS hosting services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you wish to change the IP address associated with your VPS hosting plan, you may do so by submitting a request to us. An additional fee of $10 per IP changing will be charged for each request. The IP change request must be made within 24 hours of the original request, otherwise additional fees may apply.
Affiliate membership: To become an affiliate, you must apply and be accepted into the program. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
Commission: You will earn a commission on eligible sales that result from customers referred by your unique affiliate link. Commission rates may vary based on the product or service being sold. We reserve the right to change the commission rate at any time, without notice. Commissions earned by the Referrer will be held for 48 hours before maturing for withdrawal. Commissions payout will be through PayPal or Client Account’s Credit Balance. Commissions are not transferable, sellable, or auctionable. Withdrawal of Commissions can take up to 7 days to process. If the Referred Customer requested a Refund or performed a Dispute, the Referrer’s commission will be deducted or negated. If a Referrer’s account is cancelled/Terminated for any reason, unredeemed commissions are forfeited immediately.
Receiving Commission: The Referred Customer must use a Referrer Link or Coupon from a Referrer in good standing with Wesbytes. If a Referred Customer receives more than one Referrer Link from two different Referrers, Wesbytes will provide the commission to the Referrer whose Referrer Link is clicked last. The Referred Customer must not be previously registered with Wesbytes under any email address or alias. The Referred Customer must not be the same person as the Referrer. Self-referring to obtain a discount is strictly not allowed.
Eligible sales: To be eligible for a commission, the referred customer must complete their purchase without requesting a refund within the refund period (7days) specified by us. If the customer requests a refund within the refund period (7 days), the commission will be voided.
Refund: Refund will be granted only in accordance with our Money-back guarantee, which may vary depending on the product or service being sold. We reserve the right to change the refund policy at any time, without notice.
Prohibited activities: As an affiliate, you are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or misleading activities, including but not limited to:
a. Signing up for multiple accounts to earn commission on purchases you make for yourself or others.
b. Making false or misleading claims about our products or services.
b. Making false or misleading claims about our products or services.
c. Using spam or other unsolicited marketing tactics to promote our products or services.
d. Falsely representing yourself as an official representative of our company.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account and withhold any unpaid commissions if we determine that you have violated any of the terms and conditions of the program.
Limitation of liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or any other direct or indirect damages.
Referrer’s Code of Conduct: Referrers agree that they will not violate any of these Terms, or otherwise engage in activity that could be considered harassment toward other users. Users agree not to use the Program to:
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Wesbytes.
- Spam or otherwise create bulk distributions of the Referrer Link that is inappropriate.
- Collect or attempt to collect personal data about users or potential Referred Customers.
- Engage in any actions that are designed to disrupt or undermine the Program.
- Engage in illegal or unsportsmanlike activities.
- Engage in behavior designed to annoy or harass others.
- Engage in actions that disparage or malign or call into question the reputation of Wesbytes, in Wesbytes’ sole discretion.
By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
Acceptable Usage Policy

You agree not to use Wesbytes’ services to engage in any activity that may result in the degradation of the performance of Wesbytes’ servers or network, including but not limited to, CPU mining, and DDoS attacks.
Wesbytes prohibits the use of its services to send unsolicited commercial email, also known as spam.
You agree not to use Wesbytes’ services to transmit or distribute any content that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other destructive code.
Wesbytes prohibits the use of its services to engage in any activity that violates the laws of the State of California, the United States of America, or the laws of your country of residence.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the use of Wesbytes’ services.
Wesbytes reserves the right to monitor its servers and network for any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Wesbytes may take any action it deems necessary to prevent or stop any violation, including but not limited to, suspending or terminating services, and reporting any illegal activity to law enforcement agencies.
Any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your services, without notice, at the discretion of Wesbytes.
