How is the M5 Pro different from the Mac Mini M6?
The M5 Pro has a 15-core CPU, 16-core GPU, 24GB of unified memory and a 512GB SSD, against the Mac Mini M6's 12-core CPU, 12-core GPU, 16GB and 256GB. Pick the M5 Pro for bigger projects and heavier apps, or see the Mac Mini M6 plans for lighter work.
When should I go for a Mac Studio instead?
Move up to a Mac Studio when you need 36GB of memory or more, such as for larger AI models, long 3D renders or many build runners at once. For most app development and creative work, the M5 Pro is enough.
Why are the 12 and 24 month plans cheaper?
A longer commitment lowers the monthly price from $429 to $399. Compared with the 6 month rate, that saves you $360 on the 12 month plan and $720 on the 24 month plan.
Can I use it as a CI/CD build runner?
